“Internet speed slowed way down? I have DSL with 10Mbps service. Old router - 10mbps New AC1750 - now getting .5mbps on 5Ghz, and 5mbps on 2.4Ghz. What the!? Any suggestions?”

You may need to update your modem, could be an incompatibility issue if it’s very old, just go buy a cheap new one. This router is way overpowered for what internet speed your “buying”. You May also want to try to adjust position of router and antenna as well as restart both modem and router after power off for a few minutes.
