“Is USB port 2.0 or 3.0? The Product Features says "USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 ports", but the picture of the back of the unit shows "USB 2.0 Printer". So, which is it?”

It has both, the blue port on the front is 3.0, the black port on the back is 2.0.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The 2.0 USB is for a printer to be connected directly to the router. I don't use it as I have a wireless printer. The 3.0 USB port is on the front of the router and that is where you would plug in an external hard drive for performing backups.
