Yes, you can. Just download the app to your phone and follow the instruction sheet that comes with it. Once you have it set up, you can control everything through the app. It’s very nice.

My suggestion is to have a friend come over with a laptop, set up the device, get it registered, and then it will work. The friend can take the laptop home. I find it much easier to set up a wireless router through a laptop than a mobile or tablet device. Make specific notes on all usernames/passwords, security questions/answers. You may need them for future references.
