I have 2 older (other brand) routers on my home network setup as a primary and a secondary, both with the same SSID. If I buy 2 of these, can I setup one as a secondary router with the same SSID as the primary? What are the settings to do it? null

Honestly, at the price point for two of these routers, you might want to look into some of netgears other options. Routers that come paired already with a set bridge for data between them. Assuming you still need that for the size of your home/business.

It can be done, all you have to do is make sure they are on different channels.. Keep the SSID the same and password the same. Password security type must also be the same. So just make sure you go into the channel setting and change it from auto to seperate specific channels. Also set one of the routers as a hotspot and turnoff DHCP so that only one handles DHCP allocation to your devices.
