“If i buy this just for gaming will it replace the wifi we already have in our house”

• It can but doesn’t have to. Just create a different network name and connect your games to that and everything else to the other network. It could cause interference issues though, like any devices you have at your house using these bands (e.g. baby monitors, cordless phones, etc)
