“What level tech support comes with this? I think I have problems with my network. Will I be able to get tech support to help fix the issues or will I have to pay extra for level 5 tech support?”

• Tech Support was superb when I set mine up. Never stated it was someone else's issue, such as network. But I don't know how long that free support lasts.
