I don't have a brand new iMac and Macbook Air, but I do have both and they work fine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The router has worked with everyone's Mac who has logged in, so it should be fine. It uses standard protocols, and gets firmware updates over the Internet to stay current. Each Mac will need to know the Wi-Fi ID and password, of course - and if you change the router password you'll need to update all the computers (and tablets and phones and...)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have both of the same computers you do, only older and this router seems to work just fine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not 100% sure regarding desktop and mac-book pro, but my daughter has the 2015 macbook and it works great with it. She also has an apple ipad and 6S iPhone, which they both work well with this unit. To be 100% positive, you can always run it by Apple.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, most definitely! I have top of the line Windows 10 laptop and had problems connecting to older router and bought this one as a result. This router is awesome. No problelms with connecting to newer laptops, desktops, and other devices.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You should have no problem connecting any WiFi device to this router. This includes your Apple products. It has 4 ports in the back of the router that allows you to have a hardwired connection (cable connecting the router to the laptop/desktop).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Worked fine with two different vintages of iPads, one old enough to have 30 pin recharge cable, the other with lightning cable. Wifi is wifi.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm using this with a MacBook Pro Mid 2010 7,1, iPad 2, iPad Mini, iPhone 5S, iPhone SE. Works great. Even makes my Ethernet connected Brother laser all-in-one AirPrint capable. I have the MacBook Pro, SAT dish boxes, BluRay player all connected via GigE. Plus a NEST, Lynksys N600 Range extender(needed for my old router) & Philps HUE controller via WiFi. Again, no issues with this hodgepodge of product.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Absolutely. Not only that- it will make it 'fly'. Wifi was invented by Apple (if Im not mistaken), but then perfected by others, i.e. Netgear
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This will work with all iMac desktops and laptops.
