QuestionDoes this router have a button that turns the wifi off temporarily, but allows the wired connections to continue working? I don't mean a power button on the router, I mean a separate button to turn off wifi when not in use to reduce electromagnetic waves.

- Answer No. The MTU window stagnates bandwidth throughput. Get TPLink ax3000 for range and performance

QuestionHello. Is this router compatible with ATT DSL? I currently have a ATT combo modem & router that is being used. Need to improve my wi-fi call signal for my ATT cell service and improve my cell's wi-fi for searching the internet. I have dsl - up to 50 mbps.

- Answer You can use it as an extender for the existing AP. But I recommend the TPLink ax3000 if you’re concerned about coverage .

QuestionMy laptop computer works fine with my netgear router/modem modelc6220 but my 3 other devices was working but quit working a few days ago.They are all within range of the router. Do i need to upgrade to this model router/modem or is this the problem?

- Answer Dear Jabnet; The best approach to this "ongoing issue with Netgear" is to go into the router's settings. Under Attached Devices, select Access Control. Check the box that says, "Turn on Access Control." This will connect all devices and restart the computer. You may have to return here often to uncheck the box and recheck it. Netgear has no solution yet for devices NOT connecting to their router. Keep at it. Regards, Consultant Brian

QuestionNow do I need internet service/provider or it’s Wi-Fi. It’s self because I’m very new to this Infinity is to high I just can’t afford them and there the only internet provider we have here in Tallahassee????

- Answer Michelle, you're going to need an internet service of some type. Most provide a gatway (modem and router combo) so you really don't need this equipment. Be sure to check with a provider for equipment needs.
