“After I set up everything. I found that only 1 port is working. My primary computer connect to the #1 port directly which is no problme, but it shows no valid IP address for the rest of ports.”

This is not a switch it is a cable modem. Only 1 port is active the others are for additional public addresses and you need a business account to get that.
