QuestionCan someone please tell me if both lights are lit (yellow and orange) on each side of your ethernet port when it is plugged in? I am having time out issues with my internet and am trying to troubleshoot if my modem has gone bad. I have only one light lit.

- Answer Should be one light per port. Yellow means connected but not in use. Green is good. Use app or portal to update firmware and restart atleast once a month.

- Answer I didn't use a phone cord. I have wireless Internet and plugged in the cable from outside and the power source cords only.

- Answer You'd have to use an Ethernet cable from the fiber gateway/router to this modem/router. It would be better to just connect a nest system to the gateway if you need to extend the signal

- Answer I am told it will but my installation is tomorrow and Total Tech is doing the install for me. If it doesn't work, it will get returned. I am hopeful but have more experience in the more than enough things that will not work with Spectrum. Spectrum is my only choice right now.
