“Can someone please tell me if both lights are lit (yellow and orange) on each side of your ethernet port when it is plugged in? I am having time out issues with my internet and am trying to troubleshoot if my modem has gone bad. I have only one light lit.”

Should be one light per port. Yellow means connected but not in use. Green is good. Use app or portal to update firmware and restart atleast once a month.
