It’s a bad system with terrible support. Probably not exclusive to the one unit of yours.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This recently happened to me and thr sync button didnt work. Bring the diaconnected satelite right next to your main hub one thats connected to your modem and plug in that beacon again. It moat likely just lost connection to that main beacon. Once it gets comnected again, you can unplug/replug in where you priginally had it and it should stay connected now.
