• A:Answer Works very well. I oay for 1gb service. With my previous eero system, i was getting 200mb max. With this nighthawk im getting 900mb on wifi, full gb hardwired. Just make sure you space them through the house so theyre close enough to communicate, but far enoigh that theu arent "fighting" each other to give your device its wifi.

Q: QuestionRecently purchased and activated this mesh system. All went smoothly, except that one of the satellites will not connect. Tried various locations, resets, syncs, etc. Any other troubleshooting suggestions, or maybe we just got a bad satellite?

Q: QuestionWhat kind of parental controls does the ax3000 come with? We are used to the Circle on our older Orbi system and that is now a separate (and confusing) subscription that requires apps on the children's phones.

• A:Answer You dont need to use all 3. You ONLY need to use the main one that connects to your modem, but adding more will of course increase your coverage. Even adding more more at the other end of yoir house will greatly improve wifi coverage
