is this router wireless null

Every router is wireless with respect to the signals it sends out except for the wire connecting it to the modem. However, this one has four outlets for connections to hubs such as Philips Hue, Sengled, a network printer, etc.

Yes it is a wireless router but it does require electricity and a connection to your modem.
