• Hello Kevin, this product (Netgear C7800-100NAS) is not a cable modem/wi-fi router combo. It is a wi-fi router only. I have mine connected to a DOCSIS 3.1 capable modem and my bandwidth is only limited to my ISP's speed allocations. This is a very good wi-fi router. I recommend it.
