I have the same situation you are referring to (2 stories and a basement). I have several WiFi cams, 4 WiFi thermostats, 4 WiFi smoke alarms, half a dozen WiFi switches, etc and everyone in the family is online with work/school. The ORBI works flawlessly. Coverage and connection is not a problem and I’ve had the ORBI for 2 yrs. I have FIOS 50up and 50down and before ORBI I used to get MAYBE 15 up and 30 down at best. When ORBI was installed I get MORE than 50 down and 50 up. It’s awesome. I just put an ORBI at my parents house and they have COX. They were getting 70 download speed and now they are at 130 download speed. You have to try it. It sells itself in my opinion. It was a lot of money for the router but I was sick of having my devices drop off constantly and I needed to do something. I don’t think you will be disappointed. Measure your speed before ORBI and then after. I think the results will speak for themselves.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Most likely. As long as the celings/walls aren’t too thick/tall. I was able to cover 4,500 sq ft easily, but it was a single floor home.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes that’s exactly what we have and it works great!
