Yes it can. I have my base with my DSL at one end of the house. Satellite 1 about in the middle and satellite 2 at the opposite end of the house. Everything is working well and I’m getting full DSL speed throughout my house now

I did buy the 43 s from Best Buy (the same one you have) There is a a section in the router gui that allows you to enable dasiy chain but mine still doesn't. When I called technical support and read and read I found out that the system will choose which mode to connect to. I don't like this but my speeds are great. so I'll keep this
