“Does this model come with the Circle software installed on the router?”

• Unfortunately, I have not received this item from Best Buy. It has been lost in shipping for 4 weeks and I am told to make a claim with UPS, but only the shipper can do that, according to UPS, and Best Buy is non-responsive. As for the Orbi, it is plug and play. Set-up is through an app on your mobile phone.
