“Can anyone tell me why the 5g SSID is 'Hidden' and inaccessible on this mesh system? I have some devices that work much better at 5G but they won't connect to that network. It is set to broadcast.”

Update...There is no 'Smart Connect' on the app or the router. Does the router have an option I can't find?

Go to wifi settings ,Uncheck your smart connect from the app .
