“Can anyone tell me why the 5g SSID is 'Hidden' and inaccessible on this mesh system? I have some devices that work much better at 5G but they won't connect to that network. It is set to broadcast.”

• Update...There is no 'Smart Connect' on the app or the router. Does the router have an option I can't find?

• Go to wifi settings ,Uncheck your smart connect from the app .
