Will this Orbi work with fiber optic internet? null

Absolutely you can connect it to the Ethernet cable from the ont.

Most fiber optic internet service to the home comes into your home from a box located outside of your house where the fiber comes off a utility pole or from an underground source. Inside of that box, there should be one or two ethernet ports. The first port should be connected to your main Orbi using category 6 ethernet cable.

If it has an Ethernet cable then yes.
