• Yes it does. I have 3 PS4s on the same network with an open NAT.

• We had two PS4's hooked up at the same time, a computer, a tablet, and multiple cell phones. I also have it connected to my Directv.

• Yes I have 5 Xbox one going on this router and have Nat open on all 5 of them. I should mention I do port forward 3 of them very easy to do on this router.
