This is my second time that I have purchased this model. It is reliable and cost is affordable. Setup was simple as well! Good for simple internet browsing: email, shopping online, and simple streaming.

It was easy to use and required only minimal set up. The price made it affordable.

Great product for SOHO... I got this router because I wanted a high bandwidth router to support streaming.

Purchased for dorm room use. Setup was easy. Range is fine for application. Speed is fine for application. Used to support to two laptops, two cellphones, a printer, a smart TV, and a PS4 (Usually only 2 or 3 devices at a time). Reasonably priced when on sale.

I had purchase a ac2000 router limksys which was amazing, definitely a lot of feature than I didn't even needed... the only issue I had was the price I paid for it, over 100 bux. I though myself why would I buy a 100+ router when I can get at the same price a router that fit all my needs, that's when i came across netgear N, I saw the reviews and I decided to give it a try and to be honest it hasnt disappointed, amazing router for the price. I have 6 device connected including my ps3, 2 galaxy phones, 2 tables, my smart tv, printer, laptop with no problem... I do really recommend this product... P.S my bright house Internet download speed is 15 mps, I get 17 with the router..

I have had no issues with this router. It is easy to setup and small so it doesn't take up much room. Although it is the cheapest one available it is an excellent router and I would recommend to anyone.

Very good product for price. Speeds are as good as advertised. I get constant 300 Mbps when at the room of the router or 1 room away from router and around 162 - 243 Mbps at the farthest location in our apartment which is around 30 feet away from the router with 4 - 5 bars. I haven't power cycled the router for 3 weeks and set up is painless with the Genie software. All in all, this is a great product. I wish it had a USB for network storage access.

ok so my old almost 10 yr old router took a dump. i read reviews for this model online and it seemed pretty straightforward and simple. sure enough netgear has simplified internet connection so that anybody can set this router up. i was up and running in minutes, it's small, it's fast, it's quiet, it's foolproof. i recommend to everybody. and the price is very low

Easy plug in and go setup. Range is good. This router is fast and supports a wide range of security protocols. It is somewhat cumbersome to set a fixed (static) IP address for an attached device. Also Device names do not show up in connected devices list (except for Windows/ android devices) and there's no way to "name" them in the router screens. Tech Support defensively told me that I should set device name at the device (which I had already done).

The Netgear wireless router is very easy to install and configure. Range is good and connection latency is reliable. Compared to other routers that are more expensive, this one does the job at half the cost.

I needed a stronger router so I could pick up wifi in a back room. This product was recommended to me by someone with the Geek Squad. The price was very reasonable and the product worked very well.

Great value for blazing fast fast connectivity. Easy to set up straight out of the box. WEP built in security and great signal strength. Definitely recommend this product.

Stable and reliable for high speeds. Easy guided setup through wizard, however if you prefer manual configuration the wizard starts initially and you have to change gears, netgears :) Overall good router. Only problem on Win7 setup is that I had to have Windows install its laptop wireless driver instead of HPs. for it to work. Nothing to do with router as far as I can tell, but something to keep in mind.

Price is right and packed full of options! Brought it home and was up and running in 10 mins. Has great distance!!

The unit is simple, easy to set up, performs the function it was designed to do, and a good value. Two issues: The base makes it difficult to securely mount the unit in a wall mounted small equipment box. there should be some side tabs or side mounting provisions provided so that it can be screwed to the back or side of the equipment box. The wireless range also seems a bit limited. The transmit - receive signal could be beefed up a little.

This negrear router is very quick and easy to set up. Also quite small so fits anywhere. Does not make things look cluttered

This unit works great. Was setup & working within 5 minutes of unboxing. Very easy to setup. My previous router with two external antenna would reach to end of block about 4 houses away but this one only reaches about 2 houses. Good signal throughout house. Using it with cox high speed internet. Overall this unit is working great so far and I would recommend this to anyone who needs an inexpensive router that is simple to setup.

Great router. It's compact and does what it says. Haven't had any issues with it. Also easy setup and good coverage.

My old router didnt have a WPS button, which was necessary for setting up my wireless printer, so I purchased this with my rewards points. It is very simple to set up, its secure and comes with its own password, and it doesnt have silly looking antennae coming out of it like my old one (its actually decent looking and can be laid down or stood up). I also have no issues when there are multpile users online at once (not the case with the old one), and I get full signal no matter where I am in my house (which also wasnt the case with my prior router). I have nothing but good things to say about this, not a single complaint! Very happy with this purchase!
