• I found many unnecessary programs running taking up valued space, I stopped them, deleted some and am happy I did. Technology can sometimes confuse itself, tripping over their own run on algorithms..lol..good luck, mine runs so much better and faster...

• Go through the shortcut it set up on your esk top it was how I had to update something on my computer.
