“Can you tell me specifically which App this DVR uses? We currently have a Night Owl system, however it is no longer able to be viewed on our phones because our phones apparently are too new to support the required app (Night Owl HD).”

This DVR uses our newer Night Owl Protect app, which is fully supported on the latest iPhone and Android devices. If your older system used the Night Owl HD app, the Protect app will be the updated version you’ll want to download.
