Disappointed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Kind of disappointed in this model. I had an older version that stopped working. Upgraded to this model and found that the format is worse than previous model. It does not show all camera views at once but rather a single view. I have tried everything but it cannot be corrected. The app is a bit better but not by much. Next purchase will be a different brand.

No internet? No work

They say it will, but it doesn’t. Oh and their tech support just randomly hangs up on you when they realize they can’t help

Posted .Sorry to hear you are unhappy with this system and of your support experience. The system itself has it's own Wi-Fi network, but that does not require an internet connection. Unfortunately you will not be able to receive mobile alerts as that requires a way to contact you. You also can connect the system to your TV or monitor to view live footage or recordings. We welcome any additional information you can provide about the date and time of the call so we can ensure that is properly addressed with staff.

We had a knock off brand trying to save some money and I regret I didn't do the Night Owl at the beginning. Super reliable, Super clear. Great installer with Best Buy! Thank you...We have 4 units!
