1. No, it is not dual voltage, but you can always purchase an adapter for that purpose. 2. Yes, it can be connected to more than one monitor. HDMI splitter is required. 3. It doesn't need Internet to work, however if your purpose is for remote view, then Internet is required. 4. No, It doesn't require a professional for the installation. It comes with all the necessary for self installation. Best regards, Jefferson Martinez Network Engineer (832) 881-6183 [email protected] www.jmznetwork.com
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You just plug it into regular outlet- 110. Only one monitor to what tv or computer you want to watch it on. You do not need internet to have this work. If you want to watch, monitor your home from your cell phone you will have to connect to your computer. Mine is connected to a TV. Get someone that knows what they are doing, and it is fairly easy. Its just getting the cords from the outside of the house to the inside that is the problem with a brick house. And don't pay anyone until the job has been completed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Dear customer, For the first question, the actual DVR backup Unit will handle up to 220 volts The second question, this unit will only support one monitor at a time either a VGA PC monitor or an HDMI TV monitor. For the third question, this Unit will not need internet to work however, we do suggest to have it for the first time Firmware upgrade if there is one available for your unit. The DVR unit will require no professional installation and you can download the User manual of yor DVR unit to get a full explanation of in depth system settings and advanced system configurations.
