Probably to make room for the 20 series it a great card for the price

Please try again later.As of this date Best Buy appears to be the only company that is holding the line on the MSRP for the Founder GTX 1070 compared to other sellers that are jacking up the price to well over the MSRP. Downside they sell out extremely quickly due to pent up demand from the long drought of not being able to purchase a card anywhere near a sane number. Bought one it is a solid card and smoking hot. Had read somewhere that the Founders edition does offer beefed up circuitry, cannot find the article now.
