Sorry, but you're out of luck as far as upgrading graphics goes. You cannot upgrade the graphics card in a laptop. If you're wanting a computer for gaming, VR, or other graphics-heavy software, you'll need to purchase a desktop system, or purchase a new laptop with a high performance graphics card. Laptops with GeForce GTX 1070s or 1080s cost well above $2000. I saw a laptop at my local Best Buy with an GeForce GTX 1080 as its primary graphics card, and it cost $3100. You're much better off purchasing a desktop with a decent sized case so you can upgrade any component whenever you need to.
Sorry, there was a problem. There are some built for light gaming and portability not heavy demanding games and VR.
