Depends on if your power supply has the pci express power connector it is usually 6 pin or 8 pin cable. If your'e psu does not have this capability then you're not going to be able to power the card. Also you're motherboard needs to support pci express 3.0. Core i3 is a pretty weak cpu because it is only duo core, if you are using this comp for gaming which I am assuming you are you also may want to look at upgrading your cpu to maximize performance. I use Newegg for a lot of those purchases. Do some research and good luck!

It will do nothing to speed up your internet or your CPU. It will make your graphics fly, it is fast and that is central to demanding games. If you purchase at Best Buy they do have a return policy if does not fit your needs. Great card.
