• The only real trouble I can see is how good is your power supply? I have cooked old power supplies by upping the power draw from a newer card.

• Check the measurements inside your case and make sure you have about enough to fit the dimensions of the card. Also double check your monitor(s) to make sure the cables can be attached to the card (something I overlooked). For the 760 just take it out if you were going to get this one. I would assume the ports would be the same.

• It should be able to fit. There is a good video on YouTube about upgrading a G20 to a 1070 founders edition. Take a look at that video. I don't think I can link stuff on here, but just Google "Asus rog G20AJ 1070 Upgrade" it should be right in the first page.
