Yes, you can view all those videos on the youtube vr app already installed on the device. The Oculus Go is actually used more for viewing videos and movies. You do not need a PC to use the device. You just need to download the app on a smartphone/android and follow the instructions. You have limited amount of space. if you are going to download a good amount, you might want to get a computer to store your downloads.
