• YEs and no, there is only demo games and that is it, there are some free to play games like fishing and poker, and rec room, but thats it.

• Sort of...it does have some demos of games which are pretty good and has an "experience" that is actually pretty fun and all it is doing is teaching the basics and controls. Two of my favorites right now are free ( pavlov and crisis vrrigade) from being sideloaded which is a must. Google sidequest or watch YouTube videos on it. Can get lots of free games this way.
