There is an age requirement to use it from Oculus. With that said, my two grandkids 7 & 5 use it and I time them to take turns for 3 minutes a piece. They absolutely love it! Vader Immortal the dojo is fun for them, they love the underwater and the start up. So I say yes, they would have a blast, but again be cautious of how long or read the recommend ages.
