No, to connect to a network you must use WiFi. While you may have luck using a USB C to Ethernet cable for internet access I would not recommend it as you are bypassing the biggest feature of the device - being cable free (tetherless).

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.First - be aware you do not have to have an internet connection to play the games you have installed. It works offline just fine. As for wifi - the device does not have an LTE antenna so it needs a wifi connection. I typically setup my cell phone (Google Pixel 2XL) as a wifi hot spot and have it serve a wifi connection for the Quest - it works great.

The system offers apps like Netflix and Oculus tv out of the box where you can stream services. It also has the ability to stream content on a local network too, I haven't tried this but have seen YouTube videos where they do this.
