There are pretty simple tutorials online of people sidloading apps onto the Quest making playing Steam VR games possible.

If you have a PC you can do something called side loading and then stream your VR games on your PC to your quest Using virtual desktop app. I would suggest checking it out on YouTube there are some awesome how to videos on there.

The Quest accesses it’s own storefront, operated by Oculus. The only way to use other storefronts is by side loading. If you are asking about storefronts for PC VR you would only be able to access them by streaming the PC to the Quest through sideloaded apps which isn’t officially supported.

The Quest does not interface with a PC. It is a stand alone device, much like a game console.
