• Hey, so as a much better answer, https://support.oculus.com/1357437467617798/ has a tools specifically designed to see if your computer is able to handle the Rift S. I'd recommend downloading and running that.

• As long as it has a DISPLAY port on it, and a video card that can handle VR.

• Yes as long as it has display port, and meets the minimum requirements.

• If your GPU meets the minimum requirements and your laptop has a Displayport then it should work.

• It should work on any Gaming PC as long as you have a DisplayPort connection.
