No, it does not display blood pressure if it detects AFib. Unless there is some bypass function not in the manual. Manual states the readings may not be accurate and won't be displayed if AFib is detected.

The device can detect irregular heartbeats, including those that may be associated with atrial fibrillation, but it will continue the measurement and display your blood pressure results. If you have ongoing AFib or other heart rhythm concerns, we always recommend sharing your readings with your doctor for proper evaluation.
