“Can I get this with a large cuff, the smaller are cuff doesn't give a correct reading on a larger arm”

• Any different sized cuffs available for this model are smaller. It already comes with a cuff that is designed to fit 9 to 17 inches. • The durable, D-ring contoured cuff that is included with the unit fits arms 9" to 17" in circumference. The Small D-ring cuff fits arms 7" to 9" in circumference.
