“I can do all the steps except the second one it won’t blink red does that mean it won’t work at all? I have a Samsung tv.”

Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting us in regard your Streamer remote URC7935, if the remote won't blink red, that could be for many reasons, I will advised in this case to try a total reset, and then give another try. Hope this answer your question. Kind regards Carolina One For All support
