Does this remote works for LG smart TV null

Jay, thank you for your interest.  The streamer remote would control only power, volume, and input. - unless your TV is a Roku TV or if you have a Roku box.

I purchased this device to integrate my Roku with my TV and Sound Bar. I was successful doing each task without a lot of sophisticated programing. I even liked it enough that I purchased a second one for my wife to simplify her use of all three devices flawlessly. 

I have interfaced the units with Sony TV, Visio TV and Samsung TV, ROKU, and Vision and Insignia Sound Bars. All devices worked as advertised with little configuration issues.

I feel it should not be an issue with any LG TV.

I'll purchase another one when the retirement arrises.
