• This does not have dual zone capability but the Model:TX-SR393 does, is cheaper on clearance right now and supports Dolby ATMOS

• No, you are looking for a Zone 2 feature. The higher models offer this. My TR-NX757 allows me to split the sound throughout my home for music. Hope this helps you decide.
