• Amazon Prime, YouTube and Netflix are the preinstalled apps. You are also able to add more apps.

• Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube and some obscure apps. Panasonic has a "Marketplace" of apps you can add - news, foreign language stations, sports, etc. If you're looking for something in particular other than the 3 mentioned, it's best to go in to the store and look at a demo unit (any Panasonic "smart" player) and see what's available now - I don't know how permanent these Marketplace apps might be.
