• Hi Randy, I am able to put subtitles on, testing on a 4k bluray movie. Under options you are able to select subtitles on or off, language ect while a movie is playing. There is also a CC button on the remote, this gives you a range of other Close caption options. So to answer your question plain and simple, yes it does.
