I did two things to get as much information as possible. The first one is to download the manual from Panasonic and study it like you are taking a final exam. The other thing I did is sign on to AVSForum.com. There is a blog for the Panasonic DB-UP820. It may take you a while to find it, but it is worth it. Many 820 bloggers talk over your head, but they have over 100 pages of information. If you are looking for specific information, they will help you. Best of Luck.
