• No, it is not multi region. It plays Region 1 or Region A discs. It won't convert European discs.

• for BLU-RAY and DVD: answer is NO, this will play only region A (1 for DVD) discs not European region B (2 for DVD) for 4K: there is no region coding so any disc should be able to play in any machine
