Personally I would not worry about the settings as much as I would what you hear. Choose the setting You like best.

Get that wattage pumping, feel the sound, the channel separation that was engineered into your $200 million dollar blockbuster. Covid has us all locked up in our homes,, we aren't spending money like we were,, so bring the theater to you.
