The Dolby update was just released. And it supports Atmos out the box.

It supports Dolby Vision. I don't know if it supports Dolby Atmos, though I'd be rather surprised if it didn't. One thing that some units don't support (different users have been reporting different experiences) is standard HDR on streaming apps, even though it supports Dolby Vision on those apps. All the varieties of HDR work with discs.

It currently does not support DV, but yes there is one coming soon the company says this Fall.

As of today the player does not support Dolby Vision. However Panasonic will offer a software update in the coming months to enable the feature.
