Apparently it happens on Vizio tvs when streaming netflix from the dvd player with the HDR setting on in the dvd player. Try streaming Netflix off your TV instead, which just about every TV has nowadays anyway. Taking back this player because of a streaming app that can streamed from your tv doesn't seem logical.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I find that Netflix streams beautifully, but blu ray disc lock up or the audio and video play out of sync. Others on forums are experiencing the same issues. I'm on my second unit and it looks as if this one is going back as well.
