Can You use the A19 White and color bulbs with this kit? I want to purchase this kit but switch the bulbs to the color ones is that possible? Thank you

Well u will have to buy the lights .. but as long as u have hub u can use any of the HUE bulbs

Then you should just buy the A19 Hue color kit, which comes with 3 bulbs plus the newer 2nd Gen Hub. That will be less expensive than buying this kit plus 3 color A19 bulbs (unless you only need 1 or 2 color bulbs). The color bulbs by themselves are pretty expensive.

yes. I have both colored lights and white lights connected to the same bridge, which come with this kit.

It sure is, though it might be more economical to just get the color starter kit.

Yes you can. You need to tell the bridge to find your new lights. You can add lights by auto search for first time pairing to the bridge or by serial number (located on the base of the light near the contact point). But this bridge controls any hue light that it connects to.

Yes. I have this kit and I have successfully added 2 additional A19 White bulbs and 2 Hue Multi-color BR-30 Smart LED bulbs. If you don't need the white-only bulbs, it is cheaper to buy the hub separately or with a kit that has the color bulbs,
