Yes ,this unit does have RCA outlets for headrests. I have some in my Tundra, had the Geek Squad guy run some Monster RCA plugs from the unit to my headrests units. I had to buy the RCA plugs from them. They have a few choices to select from , but its whatever they have in stock. With that being said, I haven't tried to have the headrests out because I just had my unit installed today. But it is possible to have them connected.
